About Us

The Outward Olive is an Olive Oil/Vinegar store and tasting room located in Crown Point, IN established in 2020.

While our core offering is high quality oils and vinegars, we also offer a variety of other gourmet products such as tapenades, dipping blends, pastas, and more. At the tasting room customers are encouraged to taste the products while shopping in store while our team of knowledgeable and experienced employees are there to assist and answer any questions they may have. The Outward Olive strives to provide not only high quality products that customers are happy leaving with, but most importantly a high quality experience that keeps them coming back.

Some other services we offer are event hosting, private tastings, corporate and wedding gifts.

A must stop. Family owned. Owners were on site and very helpful and friendly. Each one shared their favorites, even the Grandfather. The flavourful ideas for recipes flowed with each pour. There were so many flavourful choices to choose from. It was hard to decide, but they will ship.

Absolutely everything they have is fantastic. I keep a bottle of parmesean EVOO at all times plus various other flavors. I've tried a little of everything, the vinegar, balsamic, bbq, soy sauce, flavored salts. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop.

🕯️🎃 During this hands-on workshop, you will carve the top of a pumpkin to place your edible flavored butter candle on top, creating a stunning and festive display on a bread board that you get to keep. To complete the experience, we will also provide you with take and bake bread to enjoy at home! 🍞
As you unleash your creativity, you will also have the chance to indulge in a delightful wine tasting, along with the many flavors in our tasting room. One 2oz wine tasting is included with your ticket, so don't forget to bring your valid ID to enjoy this spooky pairing. 🍷

🧀🍇🍫 During this hands-on workshop in our hauntingly decorated tasting room, you will learn the art of creating a personal Halloween themed charcuterie tray that will impress your guests and add a spooky touch to your celebrations. Our expert instructor will guide you through the process, sharing tips and tricks to make your charcuterie tray a true masterpiece!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, a valid ID is necessary to participate in the wine tasting portion of the event.

Come celebrate our delicious oils and have them paired with mouth watering bites from our towns local businesses. This is a night you will not want to miss you on! Stop on By August 31st at 6:30 pm. Bring your taste buds!
